Washington, D.C. native Scott Taylor has crafted a long-term music career in the rhythm & blues and soul genres since he was very young. It all began when he sang in his youth choir at the tender age of six and, since that time, Taylor has collaborated with a slew of other artists like Cover Girls, Joyce Sims, Little Louie Vega, and Barbara Tucker.
Taylor’s first solo album was titled Sweat the Night Away, he’s contributed tracks to the anti-crack cocaine hip-hop album The War Path, and had a #1 club hit in the U.K. with “Not So Far Away”. Taylor is also is the lead vocalist for the Electrofied Blues Band and is now recording under the auspices of Fetal Records. He has a new single with accompanying video out titled “As The Tide Goes By”.
