At the Gramercy Theatre in New York the other night, Martin Sexton proved that he may very well be one of the best singers on the planet.
It was a spare and intimate performance that found Sexton accompanied only by his acoustic guitar and drummer Jo Bonadio, and it was the perfect way to demonstrate the soulful power of his voice.
Sexton played a stirring set of old and new favorites and the crowd ate up every second.
