A few weeks ago I checked out the Dust Rays at The Capitol Theatre in New York.
Comprised of Capt. Kirk and Mark Kelley of The Roots, along with drummer Ricc Sheridan (Earl Greyhound), The Dust Rays are a killer rock and roll band.
And Douglas is a killer guitar player.
Filled with crunchy leads, throbbing bass lines and some of the most infectious melodies around, The Dust Rays may very well be one of the best kept secrets around.
But with performances like this, they won’t be a secret for long.
