Jessie’s Girl, who are the premier ’80s tribute band, played the Capitol Theatre the other night to a packed house.
Billed as “Turn Back The Cap” the show featured guests Debbie Gibson and Rob Base, who played tight and energizing sets.
It was Gibson, however, who stole the show.
Ageless, tireless and in fine voice, Gibson demonstrated that not only does she have an impressive vocal range, she’s really a consummate entertainer, moving around the stage with grace and aplomb.
