On the weekly Primal Radio program Alex talks to a stranger about strawberries and reads a negative review of his new book The Heart Goes Boom.

“It was a review that absolutely ripped the book to pieces,” Alex says. “I mean it was a point by point explanation about how much this woman hated my book.”

“But at the end she wrote, ‘By far my favorite book of the year’ which was utterly baffling. It’s like breaking up with someone in an exhaustive power point presentation that details their shortcomings and then ending it all with a marriage proposal.”
