This week Alex Green celebrated his 20th installment of “The Heart Goes Boom” on Primal Radio.

“A momentous occasion,” he says. “And I think I should point out that the show has lasted twice as long as my marriage.”

This week Alex plays new tracks by Rude Audio, Hologram Teen and Frightened Rabbit.

He also plays a new game called Jonathan Swift or Taylor Swift.

The show is fleshed out with numbers by Icicle Works, The Jazz Butcher Conspiracy, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Rubyhorse and Kevin Salem.

Of the latter, Alex says, “It’s hard to pick a favorite Kevin Salem song because he’s never written a bad one, but  I chose “Pray For Rain” because it’s one of those songs where the guitar riff is as catchy as the chorus.”
