SEM’s Alex Green will be in conversation tonight with author Joshua Mohr at A Great Good Place For Books in Oakland.
The conversation will be about Mohr’s new memoir Sirens, which is a gripping and compelling account of Mohr’s addiction, recovery, fatherhood and near death experience, due to an undisclosed heart condition.
“Sirens is a small and powerful volume that’s written with the momentum of a Minor Threat song,” Alex says. “It’s non-fiction with velocity, verve and power.”
The event begins at 7pm and Mohr will be signing books afterwards.
