Yesterday, Stephen Kalinich performed with P.F. Sloan (who wrote “Eve of Destruction,” which Barry McGuire transformed into one of the key anti-war anthems of the Vietnam era, as well as a bevy of hits for the likes of The Turtles, Herman’s Hermits, The Searchers, and Johnny Rivers) for Autism Think Tank.
Kalinich was so inspired by the event that he wrote the poem, “Music Heals,” a poem that could very well be the mission statement for Stereo Embers Magazine.
