Today, British heavy metal legends, Iron Maiden, released the first single and video from their forthcoming album, The Book of Souls, which is set for a September 4 release.
“Speed of Light” is an explosive song that finds Bruce Dickinson, Steve Harris, and co. in fine, high-octane form.
In fact, Maiden has never sounded better, and early reports indicate that the 90-minute The Book of Souls ranks with the best albums that the band has ever made and that perhaps it’s is their magnum opus.
