The Police’s long rumored box set is out now.
The legendary London outfit’s Every Move You Make: The Studio Recordings is a limited edition six-disc box set that collects their five studio albums and rounds out the discography with an additional disc of B-sides and rarities.
The collection coincides with the 40th anniversary of the band’s debut album.
Pressed on heavy duty 180-gram vinyl and half speed mastered by Miles Showell (The Beatles, Queen) at Abbey Road Studios, the first five entries in the set are: 1978’s Outlandos d’Amour, 1979’s Reggatta de Blanc, 1980’s Zenyatta Mondatta, 1981’s Ghost in the Machine and 1983’s, Synchronicity.
The sixth disc is called Flexible Strategies and will contain 12 non-album cuts, including “Visions Of The Night” and “Low Life.”
The deluxe hardcover collection also includes a 24-page photo book featuring never-before-seen images culled from the band’s personal archives.
