With two new albums purportedly in the can and an experimental third one simmering, all eyes are on the Cure to release at least one record in 2020.
One thing we know for sure now is that they will play at least one live date this year.
The legendary band announced their first live show of 2020 and it’s headlining Poland’s Open’er Festival on July 4th.
Lead singer Robert Smith revealed the date on The Cure’s Facebook page, writing that the gig is, “a promised/outstanding date we were unable to play on our 2019 travels, and will be our only Euro festival of 2020.”
