This week Austin, Texas synthpop artist Mr.Kitty (Forrest LeMaire) released his new song “Empty Phases” and revealed details behind his new album.
The song is dedicated to a close friend of Mr.Kitty’s who sadly took his own life last February. As a way to remember him, “Empty Phases” is being released on the anniversary of his friend’s passing. All sales will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to help raise suicide awareness. Mr.Kitty explains what the song means to him: “Sometimes life is death and today I have the chance to bring death to life.”
