This is music that’s funny, groovy, sociable, folksy, boozy, and the kind you want to party to all night long! Italy’s trio initially formed in the summer of 2014 in Teramo and having been active on the music scene for over twenty years in various bands, both in Italy and The USA. The trio has gathered their experiences from different musical genres and are putting them to good use in their new project and their new Desert Road LP, which comes out on March 16 via Seahorse Recordings.
Our Track of the Day is the album’s first single “The Place” and if you asked me what it sounds like, I’d put down my beer, go to the jukebox and put on some Ian Dury, Terrorvision, Gogol Bordello and the Fat White Family.
This track’s all stunning grooves and coolness, and sounds like the world belongs to the night forever.
