Yes, it looks like when you have a creative nature and a desire to perform in your blood, you can do it all – from acting to singing to playing music. This is definitely the case for actor (Bring It On, Miracle, The Skulls II) and musician Nathan West who has been recording under the moniker East of Eli.

West just released “Nowhere”, the first single off his upcoming second album, Lost Transmission. He’s joined by his wife, actress Chyler Leigh (Supergirl, Grey’s Anatomy, That ‘80s Show, and my personal fave, Reunion) on sweet, mirrored and alternating vocal harmonies throughout the tune. On the bright and thoughtful “Nowhere”, West blends folk, pop, and electronic sonics to sweeping and reflective effect that’s a perfect treat on Valentine’s Day.

West confides, ““Nowhere” is a song about how true love knows no boundaries. I invited Chyler to be featured on the track to create a haunting vocal presence that would represent the idea that when you are alone and you think about your lover, they are thinking of you. Her performance is very honest and heartfelt which is exactly tone and feel I wanted to capture within the story and production.”
