David Bowie revealed this week that a new album is on the way.
In a prepared statement that was read at the 12 Bar in London where a celebration was held to commemorate Bowie’s 50-year career and to raise funds for the Terrrance Higgins Trust, Bowie gave his fans something to look forward to.
He wrote: “This city is even better than the one you were in last year, so remember to dance, dance, dance. And then sit down for a minute, knit something, then get up and run all over the place. Do it. Love on ya. More music soon. David”
A rumor has been circling that a new Bowie album could be out as early at Jan, 2015.
