Lauryn Hill has cancelled her U.S. tour two days before it was set to begin.

Hill’s tour, which was scheduled to kick off in Tampa on August 9th, was to be a co-headlining venture with the Fugees.

Timed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of her landmark album The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill, the tour would have had Hill on the road through September, winding up with a show in her native New Jersey.

As for why the tour was cancelled, there has been no statement from Hill’s camp.

As of now, all European dates remain intact.
