Interpol are back.

After months of speculation, the NYC band has announced the release date of their sixth album.

Titled Marauder, the album will be out on Matador Records August 24th.

The follow-up to 2014’s El Pintor, the album was written in Manhattan and recorded at Tarbox Studios with Dave Fridmann (Spoon, MGMT).

The album’s first single will be “The Rover” which is the record’s second track.
