News has come from the Fishbone camp that the legendary ska band are at work on a new album.

On social media the band revealed: “We have been in the studio for the last few getting this new album done…but If you have seen us play recently, you know we got Angelo Moore, Chris Dowd, Hassan Hurd, John “JS” Williams II, Aroyn Day and are super excited and happy to welcome back the one and only Tracey “Spacey-T” Singleton on guitar… moving forward several times in 4 decades is always rough,, but opening the window and letting in fresh air brings new life and new energy to try and move forward for the best results. Thanks to all for your continued support and hope y’all keep that door open to give it a chance and join the ride.”

The post closed by referencing the accompanying photo with: “Everyone present in this photo is aimed to give you the best that they got.. that we can promise.”

We’re guessing the album will be out in 2025 and when it hits the shelves it’ll mark the L.A. band’s first new album since 2006’s Still Stuck In Your Throat.
