Everything But The Girl have recorded a new album and are set to release a new single in January.
On Twitter today (Dec 4), the band’s Ben Watt wrote: “Good news, everyone. We are still on track for the new EBTG album release in the spring. And we’ll have a first single to share with you in January.”
Set to be released in Spring of 2023, the as-yet-untitled album will be the legendary duo’s first new effort since 1999’s Temperamental.
Comprised of Watt and Tracey Thorn, Everything But The Girl formed in 1982 and over the course of their decorated career, the Ivor Novello-nominated band sold close to five million albums.
