Dinosaur Jr. have announced the release of their first new album in five years.
Titled There Near, the eleven-track album is the follow-up to the legendary Amherst band’s 2021 effort Sweep It Into Space.
The personnel for the album features the classic trio of J. Mascis (vocals, guitars), Lou Barlow (bass) and drummer Murph.
There Near will be out via Jagjaguwar on August 28th and the album’s first single “Several Got Away” is out now.
