The Devon Allman band played an inspired set the other night in Connecticut.
Playing to a packed house at the Fairfield Theatre, Allman and his band’s performance was as rootsy as it was soulful. The Missouri-based musician is a fabulous guitar player and compelling frontman, and the crowd couldn’t take their eyes off him.
Allman has an undeniable joy about him when he plays and his music is an inspiring blend of Americana, blues and rock and roll.
Emotive, genial and deep into the groove, Allman was a great subject to photograph.
