Del Amitri Announce Benefit Concert For Scottish NHS Staff

Del Amitri have announced a benefit concert for Scottish NHS staff.

Meant to show their appreciation for the hard work and sacrifices made by the workers of the publicly funded health care system during the Covid-19 pandemic, the show will be held on December 9th at Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom.

The pre-Christmas show will be the band’s first of 2020.

The Glasgow outfit’s current lineup of Justin Currie (vocals/bass), Iain Harvie (guitar), Andy Alston (keys/percussion), Kris Dollimore (guitar) and Ash Soan (drums), have a new album on the way in 2021.

Tickets for the free gig will be limited to two per person (an NHS staff member and a guest) and will be available through Ticketmaster only.

They can be ordered starting at 10am on Friday, April 10th.
