An all-star lineup has been announced for a joint tribute for Shane MacGowan and Sinéad O’Connor.
Titled Sinéad & Shane at Carnegie Hall, the March 20 concert has announced VIP packages are already on sale and aside from general admission (which go on sale January 22), there are two separate packages available to order: The Nothing Compares 2 U package and A Pair Of Brown Eyes package. Depending on what package you choose, perks include set-list collaboration, a five-course dinner with the musicians on the roster, access to rehearsals and other benefits.
The show will also feature Cat Power, Kat Edmonson, Eugene Hütz of Gogol Bordello, The Mountain Goats and Gordon Gano of Violent Femmes.
