David Cassidy is in critical condition at a Florida hospital.

Three days ago the 67-year-old Cassidy was reportedly sped to the ER and since then, things have gone steadily downhill.

Details are few, but it’s been reported that the former “Partridge Family” star is suffering from organ failure and is in dire need of a liver transplant.

It’s also been reported his kidneys are failing as well.

Cassidy, who has been in ill health for the past year, told an audience back in March that he was through touring due to a dementia diagnosis and arthritis.

The singer was in a medically induced coma, but has regained consciousness. He’s surrounded by friends and family.

TMZ reported that a source said the situation is, “looking grim.”
